Four honest, sequential phases. "Position" is the one word that means the same thing in English and German business use — and it's the literal subject of SEO. This is how every engagement actually runs, not a diagram we made for the pitch deck.
01
Locate
A baseline audit of where you actually stand — technical, content, authority, local and/or international, depending on the service. This is the diagnostic phase: we measure before we recommend anything.
Delivered as: the written audit/roadmap, or the service-specific baseline, within the first-deliverable timeline stated on the service page you bought.
02
Prioritise
Findings ranked by effort versus impact — a roadmap, not a task dump. Every recommendation carries a reason it’s ranked where it is.
Delivered as: the prioritised roadmap, walked through with you on a findings call.
03
Build
Execution against that roadmap — technical fixes shipped as developer tickets, content briefs delivered, outreach conducted, structured data implemented. Whatever the service, this is where the actual work happens.
Delivered as: the work itself, on the cadence stated for your service or package.
04
Prove
We report against what was promised — including what didn’t move. "Prove" is deliberately not "Win": it commits us to honest reporting, not a result we can’t guarantee.
Delivered as: your report, on the cadence your service or package states (monthly, biweekly, or weekly).
Reporting cadence
Starter: monthly report, quarterly strategy call
Growth: biweekly report and call
Performance: weekly report and call, one named strategist
Standalone services: the cadence stated on each service's own pricing section
Tooling
We work inside the tools you already use — your analytics platform, Search Console (or equivalent), your CMS, and your ticketing system for technical work. We don't require you to adopt a new platform to work with us.
What we need from you
Read access to analytics and Search Console at kickoff; CMS access appropriate to the service; a single point of contact on your side for the findings call and check-ins.
